Mediorite have announced an new exciting film opportunity coming soon to local young people in Tower Hamlets.
Now in its 5th year running, the GET SEEN annual short film festival is programmed by young people and showcases work from emerging and under-represented talent. The prize-winning short film entries are judged on theme, creative approach, and cinematography, with an additional general entry category for the chance to see your work showcased on the big screen. The event is hosted by Mediorite, an established video production social enterprise which trains and creates paid work – as well as meaningful media career prospects – for emerging and under-represented young talent.
Tower Hamlets Filmmakers aged 18 to 30 are invited to submit their short films on the theme of ‘Identity’ to the ‘Get Seen’ short film festival by 8th April.
‘GET SEEN’ short film festival will take place in West India Quay on 25th April and feature films from emerging talent across the borough of Tower Hamlets. There are free tickets and limited spaces available.
